About JTB New Zealand

JTB New Zealand was first established in Auckland in 1987 as a representative office. Other offices were later opened in Christchurch, Queenstown and Fiji. From these early beginnings, the company now employs over 50 people, and handles around 30,000 visitors to New Zealand each year.

JTB’s role as the leader in the Japanese inbound tourism market is due in great part to the care in handling all travel arrangements for each of these valued clients. JTB staff are hand-picked and trained to provide levels of customer service that will ensure the proud record established by JTB worldwide is maintained.
